SHAWN LESCHINSKY
Lifelong outdoorsman and former union pipefitter with a passion for creating innovative, high-quality waterfowl decoys. Raised in Colorado’s premier goose-hunting region, he spent over 24 years in the trades before turning his vision into reality—designing the most versatile decoy on the market. Committed to conservation and preserving hunting traditions, Shawn’s mission is to make the sport more accessible for every hunter. When he’s not working, you’ll find him in a decoy spread at sunrise, doing what he loves most.

RYAN NORTON
Bringing two decades of corporate finance experience to the company. Ryan has led financial strategy for major organizations and is now focused on driving Splash Landing’s growth. An avid outdoorsman, he’s passionate about enhancing the hunting experience through innovation. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys fly fishing, beekeeping, and spending time with his wife and three children.

AURORA NORTON
A seasoned graphic designer and social media strategist with a passion for storytelling and brand building. She has led high-impact marketing campaigns across industries, from hospitality to higher education. With experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development, she brings a creative and strategic approach to connecting with the hunting community.Outside of work, she enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with her family.
